Agreement to Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you or anyone acting on your behalf (“the customer”, “consumer”, or “you”) and Healthy Us (“we”, “us” or ‘our”), concerning your access to and use of the website [https://healtyus.com.au] as well as any other media form related to or linked to Healthy Us.
Please ensure you read the Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing any services, information or buying any products from Healthy Us. By accessing any service on the Healthy Us website, you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, then you may not use the Healthy Us website. These Terms and Conditions are subject to modification at any time for any reason without notice, as seen fit by Healthy Us. Please review the Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.
Healthy Us reserves the right to change prices at any time for any reason without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, any discounts, special offers or increase in prices.
Correctness of Information
We aim to provide you with up to date information about our products, however this information may contain errors, inaccuracies or maybe incomplete or out of date. Healthy Us therefore reserves the right to make any updates or changes to such information at any time without notice.
We accept payment from Paypal and all major credit cards, Apple pay and Chrome pay via Stripe.
Please note, if we do not receive your payment for an order within 7 business days of it being placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Changes to Order
We may be able to cater to any changes to your order or cancel it if it has not been processed for shipment. Please contact us should this situation arise for you as we provide advice on an individual case basis.
However, once your order has been dispatched for shipment, changes and cancellations are not possible. We advise you to take your time before ordering and to contact us if you have questions about the products, we would be more than happy to help.
We take pride in ensuring that each and every order is handled with the utmost care and shipped to you as quickly as possible. Please note we only ship orders within Australia.
We offer free express shipping on most items, which is clearly mentioned on the product page and in your shopping cart. For all other items, shipping costs will depend on the size and weight of the order and where it is being shipped to.

Orders ship Monday- Saturday only. Orders placed before 3pm between Monday to Friday ship on the same day. Orders placed before 11 am on Saturday ship on the same day. All other orders will be shipped the following day, excluding Sunday.
You will also receive an e-mail containing tracking information for your order. From there, it’s just a short wait before you receive your items.
Healthy Us is not responsible for estimated delivery times and will not be held liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise due to delivery issues.
All orders are filled and dispatched the same day (Monday to Saturday only) via courier service or Australia Post. Please be aware there may be delays during busy times of the year.
If there are any special freighting requirements or costs, we will inform you before proceeding with dispatch.
In the event that products are out of stock at the time of ordering, they will be backordered and sent to you once received at our warehouse. We will contact you in the event that products are required to be backordered.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These rights may be lawfully limited in respect of goods or services not ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption.
Returns and Refund
