Our returns policy allows you to return a faulty product within 30 days from the day you receive it. Original packaging is not required where the product is faulty.
If you change your mind about a product, you have 30 days from the day you have received the product to return it in its original state, with the original packaging and proof of purchase.
All items intending to be returned must have a proof of purchase.
Please be aware that we do not accept returns on consumable products.
Please contact us about returning your product and receiving a refund or replacement as we deal with each case on an individual basis to ensure you have the most optimal shopping experience. In most cases, we are happy to work with you to find a solution that best suits your needs.
Please be advised you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we have received your item, we will refund you for the item. We will send you an email confirming the refund has been processed from our end.
Please note that it may take a few days for the money to be returned into your account subject to your bank processes.
