We post all orders received before 3pm on the same day, orders received after 3pm are posted the following day. Once your order has been posted, you will receive an email with the tracking code for your parcel.

Sometimes orders maybe delayed from our end if we have run out of stock of that particular item, in which case your order will be backlogged and you will receive an email updating the status of your order. Your order might also be delayed due to high volumes during busy times of year, in which case we will notify you of the delay.

Sometimes orders are delayed due to problems with Australia Post, especially during busy times of the year. If you are not on the Australia Post Express Post network your order may be delayed. In such cases contacting your local post office would be the best course of action.

If you are unhappy with your product, we offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of you receiving your product. Just email us about the problem and one of our customer service representatives will assist you with the refund and exchange process.

If you change your mind about a product, please email us with your proof of purchase within 30 days of receiving your item. We do not charge a restocking fee for any products so please help us out by ensuring the product is in its original packaging.

If you find the product to be faulty and wish to return the item, please email us with your proof of purchase within 30 days of receiving your item. In your email please mention that the product is faulty as it does not need to be in the original packaging if it is faulty.

Our customer service team will be in touch with you once we have received your email to inform you of the process. In both cases, your refund will be processed once we have received your item.

Once we receive the item being returned, your refund process will begin. Once the refund has been processed from our end, you will receive a confirmation email.

You will receive the refund into your account subject to your bank processes.
